3D Acoustic Simulations - 3D AFIT

The acoustic finite integration technique is a stable and accurate time-domain simulation method for modeling acoustic wave propagation and scattering.  We have developed a full-3D parallel version (the SciClone) to study acoustic wave scattering from complex shaped objects and material layers.  Applications include medical ultrasound, underwater acoustics, and architectural acoustics, etc.
